Kayaks, a paddle-board, surfboard, boogie boards and tubes are available for your use. You’ll find them in the garage along with the oars.
Please wear a life jacket when using any water equipment.

Please hose off any sand before returning them to their original spot.

Picnic Table and Clothesline
A picnic table and clothesline are available for your use during your stay.
The picnic table is perfect for outdoor meals.
The clothesline is great for drying towels and swimsuits after a beach day.
The Beach Plum also features an outdoor shower; perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. It’s a guest favorite during the summer months!
BBQ Grill
Grill Use
The grill is located in the garage.
Please follow these guidelines:
- Propane: If the tank runs out, please replace it. Extra tanks are in the shed. If all are empty, please purchase a new one and we will reimburse you.
- Cleaning: Please clean the grill thoroughly after each use. Using aluminum foil is encouraged to make cleanup easier and help prevent flare-ups.
- For the Next Guest: The cleaning crew checks the grill after each stay. If it’s left dirty, a cleaning fee may apply — so please help keep it spotless for the next renter.
